Project Overview

NOTO serves the community of Nye and Esmeralda Counties for domestic violence, elder abuse, children who have been physical and sexually abused and those in need of financial assistance, especially due to the impacts of covid.  Last fiscal year, we served close to 2,000 people in the above categories. NOTO is the only provider for these services within this geographical area. This project will provide labor costs to provide for the effective provision of services to those impacted by the pandemic.
